Micki Clifton serves as Executive Director, bringing more than 25 years of experience within the organization to her leadership role. Having worked her way up from the ground level through various positions over the years, she has developed a deep understanding of every aspect of the organization and the families it serves.
A proud member of the local community, Micki cares deeply about the people and families who walk through the doors each day. Her leadership is shaped not only by her years of hands-on experience, but also by her genuine compassion and commitment to serving others during some of life’s most meaningful moments. She believes in leading by example, supporting her team, and maintaining the highest standards of care and professionalism.

Administrative Assistant
Katie Hodges serves as our Administrative Assistant, bringing organization, efficiency, and attention to detail to every aspect of our daily operations. She plays a key role in keeping our office running smoothly by coordinating schedules, managing communications, and supporting both our team and the families we serve.
A lifelong resident of Mt. Pleasant, Katie values community and is proud to support local families with care and professionalism. She holds a degree in Accounting, which strengthens her ability to manage details accurately and maintain organized, efficient processes behind the scenes.
Known for her positive attitude and reliability, Katie ensures that every interaction is handled promptly and thoughtfully. Her dedication and strong work ethic make her an essential part of our team and a welcoming point of contact for the families we serve.
Maintenance Supervisor
Rick Eastep serves as our Maintenance Supervisor, bringing over 25 years of experience to the care and upkeep of our facilities. He plays a vital role in ensuring our buildings and grounds remain safe, well-maintained, and welcoming for the families we serve.
With more than two decades of hands-on experience in this role, Rick oversees maintenance schedules, coordinates repairs, and proactively addresses facility needs with skill and efficiency. His extensive knowledge and practical expertise help ensure that everything operates smoothly behind the scenes.
Rick truly loves the work he does and takes great pride in serving the families who walk through our doors. He understands the importance of providing a comfortable, dependable environment during meaningful moments, and he approaches each day with dedication and heart. His strong work ethic, reliability, and genuine care for others make him an essential part of our team.
Maintenance
Luke Ferguson serves on our Maintenance team, helping ensure our facilities remain safe, clean, and welcoming for the families we serve. He works diligently behind the scenes to assist with upkeep, repairs, and daily maintenance needs that keep everything running smoothly.
With a strong work ethic and attention to detail, Luke is always ready to lend a hand wherever needed. He takes pride in completing each task thoroughly and efficiently, no matter how big or small.
